Charles G. Hold, President
Charles Hold has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has hands on experience in property management, investment property acquisition and disposition and asset management. Charles formed MIDEQ with Joseph Jankovsky in 2005 as a venue for partnership assets. MIDEQ currently manages over $30 million worth of commercial real estate.
His career has been with 3 firms, Sheldon Good and Co. for 6 years, Inland Real Estate Corp for 20 years and Midland since 2004. Charles learned the asset brokerage sales function in his years at Good, followed by 20 years at Inland as a Senior Vice President. He was involved at Inland with the acquisition and disposition of over $1 Billion of properties. He worked closely there with the management group and investment advisers broadening his scope of commercial real estate. In addition, Charles structured complex financing vehicles for acquisitions.

Joseph Jankovsky
Joseph Jankovsky handles business development, due diligence, and financing of the assets. In overseeing the asset management of the company portfolio, Jankovsky ensures that the investment cycle is profitable.
Prior to forming the company, he had worked at Inland Real Estate where he gained experience in the fields of real estate investment and retail development. While at Inland he had been recognized for his accomplishments and was a recipient of many company awards. His work has encompassed a variety of areas including acquisition, repositioning and disposition in excess of $100 million dollars in real estate assets.
